Morocco's House of Representatives Concludes First Half of Legislative Session
The lower chamber of Morocco's Parliament is set to conclude the first segment of the current legislative session in a final meeting scheduled for Tuesday morning. Commencing at 10 a.m., the House of Representatives will convene for a plenary session to review the 2022-2023 activity report from the Court of Audit, the government's financial watchdog agency.
Following the review of this agenda item, House members will proceed with a second back-to-back plenary session to officially close out the initial segment of the 2023-2024 legislative calendar. This concluding meeting signifies a significant milestone in the parliamentary year as the House prepares to adjourn for the summer recess and gears up for the commencement of the second session in the fall.
