Intelcia Group Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Appointments
Intelcia Group, a major player in outsourcing services, has announced strategic appointments to its Executive Committee (COMEX) as part of its ambitious goal to secure a spot among the top 10 global outsourcing companies.
Naoual Chichaoui is set to lead the Human Resources department, succeeding Saad Berrada, who will now take charge of the Morocco-Tunisia cluster. Emmanuel Cheriet steps into the role of heading Intelcia IT Solutions, overseeing the IT division of the group. Meanwhile, Peter Fergus O’Brien will be responsible for the English-speaking market, operating from the United States.
These appointments align with Intelcia's strategic objectives, focusing on both geographical and business diversification. Having established a strong presence in the French-speaking market and CRM-related services, the company aims to leverage its expertise to expand into the English-speaking market and explore innovative IT services.
Karim Bernoussi, CEO and co-founder of Intelcia, emphasized the importance of talent in driving the group's success. "We have always been convinced that it is talents that make the difference, at all hierarchical levels," stated Bernoussi. The new appointments reflect Intelcia's commitment to fostering a diverse and skilled leadership team to navigate the evolving landscape of outsourcing services.
