PharmaNutra Expands Its Reach to Morocco, Bahrain, and Peru
Italian pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company PharmaNutra has recently made significant strides in its international expansion by signing agreements to distribute its health products in Morocco, Bahrain, and Peru. This development marks a key milestone as the company continues to grow its presence across 89 countries worldwide.
The distribution agreement in Morocco was finalized in September with Alcantara Pharmaceuticals, and registration is currently underway for three of PharmaNutra's flagship products: SiderAL, SiderAL Gocce, and Apportal. These products are anticipated to be available starting next year, as stated in a recent press release from the company. The announcement highlights Morocco's status as one of Africa's leading economies, underscoring the strategic importance of this market.
Following the new contracts, which also include Bahrain and Peru, PharmaNutra's international footprint has expanded to encompass 88 countries. Carlo Volpi, CEO of PharmaNutra, expressed pride in these achievements, noting, “These are important numbers, achieved in just over ten years of international activity by the Group, making them even more meaningful.”
Volpi further emphasized the scientific value of PharmaNutra's offerings, attributing their success to the exceptional efforts of the company's Research & Development department. The expansion is part of PharmaNutra's broader strategy to enhance its global presence while maintaining a commitment to quality, science, and innovation.
PharmaNutra specializes in iron-based supplements and medical products designed to support muscle and joint health. Founded in 2003 by Andrea and Roberto Lacorte, the company has established itself as a key player in the health sector.
