Showreel Morocco marks the opening of Les Impériales Week 2025
In a grand prelude to “Les Impériales Week 2025,” the Showreel Morocco event took center stage on January 27 at the MEGARAMA Casablanca, bringing together leading professionals from the communication sector. This highly anticipated evening served as the official kickoff for the week-long program, featuring an exclusive showcase of advertising campaigns vying for the prestigious “Les Étoiles 2025” awards.
The MEGARAMA Casablanca, a longtime partner of Les Impériales Week, once again hosted this emblematic event. Now in its eighth edition, the competition highlights creative excellence in communication and advertising, with awards spanning eight major categories and 27 subcategories. This year, the breadth and diversity of the industry were on full display, with 270 submissions representing 147 campaigns from 90 brands. These entries were submitted by 41 participants, including agencies and advertisers, reflecting the sector’s dynamism and innovation.
All submissions undergo rigorous evaluation by a jury of experts in communication, media, marketing, and creative industries. For this edition, the jury is chaired by Pascal Cübb, president of the International Advertising Association (IAA) France.
A dual voting system engages professionals and the public
During the evening, attendees participated in the Professional Vote, casting their ballots in real time through a custom-developed electronic platform by Les Impériales Association. Simultaneously, the Public Vote opened to everyone via the event’s official website, www.lesimperiales.com. These two voting streams will culminate in the announcement of the winners during the closing ceremony, where the “Les Étoiles” awards will honor the standout contributions across various categories.
A vision of transformation and innovation
This eighth edition of Les Impériales Week, held under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, continues until February 2, 2025. With the theme “The Paradigm Shift: Business. People. Tech,” the event calls on the industry to reflect and act on the profound changes reshaping economic, social, and technological models.
