RBS celebrates the performance as validation of the "relevance and effectiveness" of its master's programs, with the employment rate climbing from 84% in 2023 to the current peak of 86% in 2024.

Graduates of RBS have made significant strides across diverse sectors, with 20% entering industry roles, 14% pursuing careers in communication and marketing, and 13% joining the financial sector. Additionally, alumni have excelled in audit and finance, marketing, supply chain management, and international management, while approximately 14% have embarked on entrepreneurial ventures.
