This year's edition is also notable for being held outside of Ramadan for the first time since 2023. The tournament, taking place from March 31 to April 6, 2025, will offer an immersive experience for spectators, blending exhibition matches with public entertainment.

Five Moroccan players stand out: Youness Lalami Laaroussi, 23, with ITF titles in Casablanca and Monastir and a 2023 singles final in Monastir; Taha Baadi, born in Rabat and trained in Canada, ranked 435th in ATP doubles in 2023; Elliot Benchetrit, 27, who has made a name for himself in Davis Cup play; 17-year-old Karim Bennani, whose breakthrough came with a J200 title and a strong showing at the 2024 US Open Juniors; and 18-year-old Amine Jamji, similarly rising through the ranks with a J200 title and a solid US Open Juniors performance. Both Bennani and Jamji are transitioning to the professional circuit, representing the boldness of a new generation ready to disrupt the status quo.

An Immersive Experience and Growing Enthusiasm

Beyond the competition, the Grand Prix Hassan II promises a total immersion for spectators, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. From the opening ceremony, the edition will be marked by celebration, including autograph sessions allowing fans to meet top players. The Grand Prix Hassan II village will be the event’s heart, offering quick dining, official shops, and interactive activities for a unique experience. A highlight of the edition will be an exceptional exhibition show at the iconic Jemaa el-Fna square, blending sport and culture in a legendary setting. The closing ceremony will conclude the event, marking an unforgettable week. The enthusiasm surrounding the event is strong, driven by a spectacular competition and growing public fervor.
