In a significant development, the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has officially recorded the latest update to Attijariwafa Bank's certificate of deposit (CD) issuance program. This momentous event, documented on December 28, 2023, under the reference EN/EM/038/2023, encompasses several pivotal elements, including the reference document for the fiscal year 2022, recorded on September 26, 2023 (EN/EM/023/2023), the initial update as of December 15, 2023 (EN/EM/034/2023), and the aforementioned note.
This enhanced program boasts an impressive issuance capacity of 25 billion dirhams, featuring denominations of 100,000 DH and offering maturities ranging from 10 days to 7 years. Furthermore, the program provides investors with the flexibility to choose between fixed or adjustable interest rates, depending on the desired duration.
