Donald Trump’s MRI shows “Excellent” cardiovascular health, physician reports
An MRI performed on former U.S. President Donald Trump in October indicates that his cardiovascular system is in “excellent” condition, according to a report released by the White House on Monday.
White House physician Sean Barbabella stated that the imaging showed all major organs to be healthy and well-perfused. “Overall, his cardiovascular system demonstrates excellent health. The abdominal imaging is also entirely normal,” Barbabella explained.
The MRI, described as a preventive measure, was intended to identify potential health issues early and confirm Trump’s overall wellness. At 79 years old, Trump is the oldest elected president in U.S. history, and questions about his age and physical condition have been a recurrent topic of public interest.
Speculation about minor bruising observed on Trump’s right hand was addressed by the White House, attributing it to frequent handshakes and his routine use of aspirin as part of cardiovascular care. The report emphasizes that the October MRI revealed no significant abnormalities.
