ESCA business school earns prestigious AMBA international accreditation
ESCA Ecole de Management, a leading Moroccan business school, has been awarded the internationally recognized AMBA (Association of MBAs) accreditation, marking a significant milestone in its academic journey. The accreditation applies to postgraduate programs such as MBAs and DBAs and is valid for a maximum of five years.
AMBA accreditation is granted to the top 2% of business schools worldwide and is considered a global benchmark for excellence in graduate management education. The accreditation follows a rigorous audit process conducted by a panel of deans and executives from accredited institutions. Their evaluation focused on the quality of the “Programme Grande École,” faculty excellence, student experience, graduate employability, and the school’s strategic vision.
“This recognition highlights the academic maturity and global ambition of our Grande École program,” stated Thami Ghorfi, President of ESCA. “It reaffirms our mission to provide a world-class education rooted in African realities and open to the global economy. We are grateful to our faculty, students, alumni, and corporate partners for their continuous support and dedication to excellence.”
With the AMBA accreditation, ESCA becomes the first business school in Morocco to hold both the AMBA and AACSB accreditations — a distinction achieved by only a select group of management institutions worldwide. This double accreditation positions ESCA as a reference point in African and global business education and strengthens its role in training responsible, innovative, and internationally minded leaders.
