HONOR highlights human-centric AI and deepfake detection at GITEX 2025
HONOR is preparing to showcase its AI-powered device ecosystem at GITEX GLOBAL 2025, scheduled for October 13–17 in Dubai, spotlighting how its technology enhances daily life while addressing cybersecurity challenges.
The company’s booth, located at CC2-13A in Concourse 2 outside Hall 8, will feature interactive zones for AI-driven productivity and creativity. Visitors can explore smartphones, laptops, tablets, and wearables, observing how these devices seamlessly integrate into everyday routines. On the opening day, HONOR GCC General Manager Debo Zhang will host a Tech Talks 24 session titled “Empowering Users Against AI Deepfakes,” emphasizing the brand’s focus on trust and safety in the digital realm.
GITEX GLOBAL 2025 is expected to attract over 200,000 technology executives from more than 180 countries, with more than 6,500 companies and 400 government entities exhibiting across AI, sustainability, cybersecurity, and mobility themes. HONOR’s presence aims to be highly interactive, demonstrating the practical benefits of a connected ecosystem rather than introducing a new product.
A key highlight is HONOR’s AI Deepfake Detection feature, which tackles rising threats from manipulated digital content. The technology, first introduced by HONOR in smartphones, safeguards users against fraud, misinformation, and reputational harm. By integrating this feature across its ecosystem, the company positions itself as both an innovator and a responsible technology provider.
