Morocco and Lebanon discuss strengthening cooperation
The Moroccan ambassador to Lebanon, M’hamed Grin, engaged in discussions on Thursday in Beirut with the Lebanese Deputy Prime Minister, Tarek Mitri. Their talks centered on matters of mutual interest and the prospects for enhanced cooperation between the two nations.
This meeting provided an opportunity to address the regional situation as well as the specific challenges facing Lebanon. Mr. Mitri emphasized the difficulties the new Lebanese government must confront, particularly in light of the significant expectations of its citizens amid a complex regional and international backdrop.
In response, Mr. Grin highlighted the political, economic, and social transformations that Morocco has undergone, alongside the Kingdom's achievements in various fields under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
