Ukraine’s Air Force reported that Russia launched 352 drones and 16 missiles overnight across Ukrainian territory. Meanwhile, Russia’s Ministry of Defence claimed that its forces downed 16 Ukrainian drones during the same timeframe, between Sunday night and early Monday morning.

In his daily address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a significant investment by Norway, pledging $400 million toward strengthening Ukraine’s defense industry.

Diplomatic Developments

President Zelenskyy stated he intends to travel to the United Kingdom on Monday to hold talks focused on military support and ways to intensify international pressure on Russia. He emphasized plans to push for stronger measures to halt ongoing attacks.

In another development, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez clarified that Spain has not committed to raising its annual defense spending to 5 percent of its gross domestic product, despite recent discussions among NATO member states about increasing defense budgets in response to perceived rising threats from Russia.
