Two teens injured in East Harlem shooting near NYPD station house
Two teenagers were shot Monday evening in East Harlem during a shooting near an NYPD station house, according to police sources. The incident, which involved gunfire between groups of teens, occurred outside Police Service Area 5 near East 123rd Street and Third Avenue.
NYPD officers, who had just completed responding to a 911 call at the Wagner Houses, reported hearing multiple gunshots erupt a block away.
