New Franchises Enhance Shopping Experience at Rabat's Carrousel Mall
Rabat's scenic corniche is set to witness an infusion of internationally acclaimed franchises as the Carrousel Mall, a project developed by Imkan Maroc, announces the arrival of new and prestigious brands.
These additions join over 50 existing international and local franchises, aiming to provide an even more exceptional and diverse shopping experience, as stated by Imkan in an official statement.
Among the newcomers is the renowned Royal Kids, the first indoor play park network in France. Recognized as a leader in children's entertainment, Royal Kids brings its expertise to enhance the Mall's family-friendly offerings.
Adding to the retail richness, the Tendam Group introduces its iconic brands, including Cortefiel, Pedro Del Hierro, Hoss Intropia, Springfield, and Women’s Secret. These well-known brands commit to delivering elegant and high-quality ready-to-wear fashion to Carrousel Mall shoppers.
Planet Sport, a key player in the distribution of international sports brands in Morocco since 1999, is also welcomed into the Mall's vibrant retail mix.
Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand known for its handcrafted pieces from high-quality materials at affordable prices, is another significant addition that promises to captivate shoppers with its exquisite offerings.
Lastly, the Mall is proud to host the legendary Moroccan brand, Alpha 55. Established in 1979, Alpha 55 is a "variety store" offering a diverse range of products for homes and individuals, from clothing to home goods, gifts, and furniture.
Strategically located on Rabat's corniche, Carrousel Mall spans over 30,000 square meters, presenting a unique mix of stores, international and local franchises, restaurants, as well as personal services, entertainment, and educational activities.
The Mall currently boasts a 65% occupancy rate, with brands expected to receive the keys to their units by December 2023 for a scheduled public opening in spring 2024.
It's worth noting that the Mall is part of the larger Carrousel project, which includes upscale residences, 7,000 square meters of green spaces, 1,000 parking spaces, a 2,400-square-meter multiplex cinema, 1,200 square meters of children's entertainment spaces, and 4,300 square meters dedicated to dining and terraces.
