Amal Hub: a new platform uniting Morocco’s global talent for national progress
Moroccan alumni from prestigious institutions have launched the AMAL Hub, an innovative platform connecting talent within Morocco and its diaspora. The initiative, developed by graduates from Harvard, HEC Paris, and Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), aims to support Morocco's development agenda and strengthen its global presence.
Strategic mission
AMAL Hub positions itself as a bridge for reimagining public policies and enhancing youth participation in governance. Through workshops, forums, and practical initiatives, the platform seeks to empower young Moroccans to contribute to meaningful reforms in line with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Building on existing momentum
The initiative aligns with Morocco's growing focus on youth empowerment. Recent government programs, such as the nationwide Pass Jeunes, provide free access to cultural, sports, and transport services for those aged 16-30. Additionally, partnerships with 7,000 youth associations and UNESCO-led Youth Labs further emphasize Morocco's commitment to fostering young talent.
AMAL Hub also complements the Initiative des Jeunes Marocains du Monde, which promotes political awareness and engagement among Moroccan youth worldwide.
Looking forward
With youth unemployment at 36.7% among those aged 15-24, AMAL Hub offers a model that harnesses global expertise for local impact. By connecting the Moroccan diaspora with national development efforts, the platform underscores the importance of innovative collaborations in addressing the country’s challenges and opportunities.
AMAL Hub’s success will be measured by its ability to create impactful connections between global talent and Morocco's transformation journey.
