The Morocco Mall in Casablanca came alive last weekend as Coca-Cola hosted a vibrant festival celebrating Moroccan talent, food, and music. The Coca-Cola Food Festival drew thousands of visitors, transforming the city into a hub of entertainment and gastronomy.

A weekend of music and performances

On Saturday evening, the festivities kicked off with electrifying performances by two of Morocco’s biggest musical stars. Benny Adam, the Montreal-based artist renowned for his innovative "draï" sound—a fusion of drill, raï, and chaâbi—delighted the audience with his chart-topping hit Mok ya mok. The song, a viral sensation, had the crowd dancing in unison and cemented Benny Adam’s status as a trailblazer in Moroccan music.

Adding to the excitement, local rap sensation Stormy took the stage, captivating fans with his dynamic flow and tracks from his acclaimed album Iceberg. Stormy’s powerful performance further solidified his place as a leading figure in Morocco’s hip-hop scene.

A culinary showcase with Chef Simo

Music wasn’t the only highlight of the festival. Renowned Moroccan chef Simo, winner of MasterChef Morocco 2018, wowed attendees with a live cooking demonstration. Chef Simo added a modern twist to the traditional Moroccan dish Rfissa, pairing it perfectly with Coca-Cola’s signature refreshment. His creative approach to blending tradition with innovation left a lasting impression on food enthusiasts.

A festival of unity and celebration

The Coca-Cola Food Festival also featured a variety of pop-up food stalls, interactive activities, and family-friendly spaces. Visitors enjoyed local and international cuisine, games, and chill-out zones, all set against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean.

This unique event celebrated Moroccan culture and togetherness, uniting music, food, and community in a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere. The festival’s overwhelming success highlighted Coca-Cola’s commitment to creating memorable experiences and supporting local talent.
