Fayçal Lahlou Nabil to spearhead Gentis’ Middle East and Africa operations
Gentis, a global executive search and recruitment firm, has appointed Fayçal Lahlou Nabil as Executive Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. In his new role, Nabil will lead the company’s operations across the region, focusing on driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Gentis’ regional footprint.

Nabil’s promotion follows a decade of leadership at Gentis, where he successfully managed the firm’s offices in Morocco and France. His appointment reflects the company’s strategy of developing internal talent to achieve its goal of becoming a global leader in executive recruitment.
A seasoned career in executive recruitment
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Nabil has cultivated expertise in recruitment and management. He began his career at MDA Resources, working as a Sales Executive and IT Recruitment Consultant. He later served as Business Development Manager in Brussels before joining Michael Page, where he held several senior roles in Belgium and Morocco, including Executive Manager and Senior Executive Manager.
Nabil joined Gentis in November 2023 as Executive Director for France and Morocco, where he successfully enhanced the company’s market position in these regions. His leadership contributed to Gentis’ growth and strengthened its reputation in executive search services.
