Pittion's career is marked by success at renowned hotels worldwide. As director at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, he significantly increased restaurant revenue by 60% within a year and garnered numerous accolades, including Michelin stars.
In Doha, Qatar, as general manager of the LXR Plaza, he led remarkable transformations, and his influence extended to the African Seychelles, where he served as cluster general manager for LXR Mango House and Canopy.
His expertise also graced the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, overseeing three Michelin-starred restaurants, and the Four Seasons Park Lane London, accumulating multiple Forbes stars.
Pittion's tenure includes pivotal roles at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme and the sprawling St. Regis Macao.
