Jet2 expands routes to Morocco for winter 2025/26
Jet2, a British airline, has announced the addition of two new routes to Morocco as part of its winter 2025/26 schedule. The airline will now operate flights from Bournemouth and Leeds to Agadir and Marrakech, expanding its service to Morocco to eight UK airports.
This decision comes in response to sustained demand for beach vacations and city getaways to Morocco. Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, expressed excitement about the strong customer interest since the introduction of the Morocco program. He emphasized the company’s enthusiasm in offering more travelers the opportunity to explore these popular destinations.
The route to Agadir from Bournemouth marks the first time Jet2 will operate flights from the airport. Agadir is known for its 9 km stretch of golden sand, offering a variety of hotels, water parks, and diverse dining options. Jet2 will offer weekly flights from Bournemouth to Agadir every Tuesday, from November 4, 2025, to March 24, 2026. Additionally, new flights to Marrakech from Leeds Bradford will begin on October 3, 2025, running through April 28, 2026.
