MPG Group Announces Opening of Two Branches in Casablanca and Tangier
The Spanish MPG group, a leader in maritime transport, logistics, and project cargo handling, has announced the opening of two branches in Casablanca and Tangier.
"The decision to establish in Morocco was not taken randomly. The choice of Casablanca and Tangier responds to their strategic geographical position, developed logistics infrastructure, and their importance as hubs and logistics centers in the region," the group said in a statement released on Friday.
"This choice will allow the company to fully capitalize on growth opportunities and better serve its clients in Africa and the Middle East," adds the MPG Group.
In particular, the same source points out, the Casablanca branch will allow the group to be "at the heart of the action and close to financial and commercial centers."
For its part, the delegation established in Tangier will be located in a region "constantly growing, with access to modern infrastructures and business opportunities."
Establishment in Morocco "is only the first step" in the company's growth strategy in Africa and the Middle East, according to MPG.
"This expansion represents a significant milestone in the company's global growth strategy," said Carmen Amador, CEO of MPG, quoted in the statement.
