Official: Ramadan Will Begin on Sunday in Morocco
The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs has announced that the crescent moon marking the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan was not observed on Friday, February 28, 2025. This decision follows the moon sighting efforts carried out by ministry representatives across the country and the Royal Armed Forces units. As a result, the month of Sha’ban will complete 30 days, and the first day of Ramadan will officially begin on Sunday, March 2, 2025.
