Sion Assidon: Prosecutor rules out criminal suspicion, Cites accidental fall
Casablanca, November 8, 2025 — The Public Prosecutor at the Casablanca Court of Appeal announced that the death of Sion Shimon Harim Baroch Assidon was the result of infectious complications following a head injury, according to findings from a tripartite medical commission responsible for conducting the autopsy.
These conclusions, supported by the initial results of the investigation, suggest that Assidon accidentally fell from a ladder while carrying out gardening work.
The prosecution stated that it will continue its investigation before making a final legal decision in the case.
